PRE INJECTABLE TREATMENTS
Avoid blood thinning medications if possible for approximately 2 weeks prior to treatment. Consult your doctor if needed.
If you are prone to cold sores please be aware that we will not treat an area that is affected with one and that you must reschedule your appointment. If you have history of cold sores also be aware that injectables can cause one. It may be advisable to take anti viral medication prior and post lip filler or lip anti wrinkle treatment.
With filler treatment you must not have had any vaccination or any virus within 2 weeks pre FILLER treatment.
You cannot be under the age of 18 to have treatment. You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding with any injectable treatment.
PRE SKIN TREATMENTS
Your therapist will guide you accordingly regarding product use. Please avoid other skin treatments within the last fortnight of your treatment. Please let your therapist know if you have so they can treat you accordingly.

POST TREATMENT ADVICE
POST INJECTABLE TREATMENTS
Please avoid heat inducing activities such as pools, saunas, spas, excessive exercise for the day
Please avoid excessive alcohol consumption the day prior and the day of treatment
Please do not touch the treated area excessively
Please await 24 hours prior to applying heavy makeup.
You can apply a light mineral makeup in the meantime.
If you are bruised and swollen post treatment you can apply ice to the area
For pain, if needed/able, you can take paracetamol
Using arnica cream or tablets from the chemist can help reduce bruises
Please avoid touching lumps/bumps post filler until 2 weeks after treatment
After anti wrinkle; swelling, bruising, headache and redness is normal
After filler; swelling, bruising and tenderness is normal
Please contact immediately post filler if you develop severe pain, severe swelling, pale skin and/or mottled bruising.
Avoiding other skin treatments or waxing treatments is advised until the areas are healed. This can take from 3-14 days.

Please avoid AHA/BHA, RETINOL/VITAMIN A ingredients or anything of an exfoliating nature for 3-7 days post treatment. Your therapist will advise accordingly.
Ideally using basic/gentle cleansers and moisturisers for
a few days post is advised. Your therapist will guide you
on products to use.
